Transmissive Sensors
The Transmissive sensor – signal created by yarn moving in an optically aligned beam. The output signal can operate cutter, PLC input etc. Inbuilt compensation ensures that signal is unaffected by dirt, grease, oil, fly, colour or material etc. Encapsulated in a rugged alloy housing keeps the sensor protected from physical damage. Customer designs available according to individual requirements. Successfully applied to all types of yarns over the last 30 years.
Reflective Sensors
The reflective sensors can now be designed with an extra function added to the Nelson reflective sensor. The extra function can detect a stationary yarn which is positioned in front of the sensor. This means a sensor can detect when a yarn is present, stationary or broken.
Creel Bars
Designed to be flexible in operation to give the user maximum benefits from an intelligent system. The system can be configured to meet the requirements of the users machine. Various pitches can be accommodated to meet the requirements on the machine. The level of intelligence can be added to the controller to carry out functions as required by the user. This can range from simple control to ends counting at start up, and position indication at end break.
